For Parents

You’ve reached Guiding Good Choices (GGC) because your pediatrician is recommending that parents of children in the “tween” years - 11- and 12-year-olds - complete this program.

Over five sessions you’ll learn specific strategies for keeping kids on a healthy path as they navigate the teenage years. Each session shows how to maintain the strong bonds that keep families close and lead to better health and educational outcomes for teenagers. Home practice and weekly family meetings provide a regular time for family connection and help you and your kids apply GGC skills and strategies in real life.
